When practiced with proper training, supervision, and safety protocols, freediving is very safe. We never train alone, always follow proven safety procedures, and progress at a pace that keeps you comfortable and confident.

You'll experience breath-holding and basic freediving skills in your very first session. Some people progress quickly and some need a little more time but everyone gets there in the end.

Fins, mask and snorkel, weight belt, wetsuit with hood (5mm, two piece, open cell), wetsuit gloves and socks is recommended for Tassie waters. Contact our partner store Go Dive to arrange hire gear.
