Why Choose 1:1 Training
Group sessions build community and provide structure, but private coaching offers something unique: complete customisation. Every minute is focused on you, your technique, your challenges, your breakthroughs.
Nathan identifies exactly what's limiting your progress, whether that's a subtle equalisation error, mental pattern, or physical habit you can't see yourself. With immediate, detailed feedback and the freedom to spend as much time as needed on specific skills, progress accelerates in ways group training can't match.
This is where stubborn plateaus break, where confidence transforms, and where the deeper aspects of freediving - the stillness, the harmony, the profound calm, become accessible.
