What is Weekly Pool Coaching?
Join our regular pool training community where ocean lovers, swimmers, spearos, surfers, and freedivers of all levels come together to develop breath-hold skills, build fitness, and gain confidence in the water. Each session is professionally coached using real freediving drills backed by science, designed to improve your technique, safety, and performance whether you're training for depth, spearfishing trips, or simply challenging yourself.
Your Training Focus

Refine finning mechanics, streamline your body position, and learn to move through water with minimal effort and maximum control.

Why Train Weekly Section:
The Power of Consistency
Freediving skills develop through regular practice. Weekly sessions create the consistency needed to see real progress—longer breath-holds, smoother technique, stronger mental control, and deeper confidence in your abilities.
Beyond the physical benefits, you'll become part of a supportive community that shares your passion for the water. Training alongside others who understand the challenge and joy of breath-hold diving creates accountability, motivation, and lasting friendships.
Whether you attend once a week or hit both sessions, this is where skills sharpen, limits expand, and the Deep South community connects.
