The Ocean is Where It Counts
Pool training builds fundamentals, but the ocean is where freediving truly happens. Line training gives you regular, coached ocean sessions where you face real conditions—waves, currents, temperature, visibility—and learn to adapt while maintaining technique and safety.
Training in a group creates accountability, motivation, and shared learning. You'll witness others working through challenges, celebrate depth milestones together, and build the camaraderie that makes freediving a lifestyle, not just a skill.
This is where pool practice transforms into ocean confidence, where personal limits expand, and where the Deep South community really comes alive.
